*All mail in items are sent at customers risk. We cannot guarantee that items will be signed exactly as requested. This includes, but not limited to, preferences of location, color, or specific writing utensil (pen, sharpie, etc). There is also no guarantee as to the quality, size, or grade of the autograph. We do not prep any cards or items that are mailed to us, that is the senders responsibility. Every effort will be made to inform the player of how to sign. All items need to be labeled with customers name/info, any preferences such as color, location, inscription, etc needs to have a ”post it” affixed to the front of the item – any efforts on our part to correct these instances that lead to damage or items not being signed correctly will not fall under our liability/responsibility. No refunds will be issued for those reasons.

SASE POLICY – SASE stands for ‘self addressed stamped envelope’ all public or private or mail in signings are required for the buyer to provide return shipping – do not send us additional money to cover these fees.. It is up to the buyer to provide everything necessary for proper return of item, this includes, but is not limited to – correct postage/prepaid shipping label, appropriate packaging, tracking, insurance of items, cardboard, top loaders, bubble wrap, and anything else to secure the safe transport of your items. If you are sending cash, we only accept the exact amount, we do not issue “change,” if exact amount cannot be sent, please send a personal check or pay via PayPal. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs due to any signing/event that is cancelled or postponed. Payment must be included with the item or prepaid with PayPal, and the PayPal receipt needs to be included with your items.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY – All purchased items from the website have a 30 day return for damaged products only . For mail in orders for our signings, a 30 day return also applies to any damage claims, missing items, or any other issues – damaged items need to be returned before a refund is issued. Items without tracking will not qualify for a refund if lost/not returned. All other items are an “as is” sale and not subject for returns. Refund will be issued by – credit to the website for a future purchase(s), company check, or via PayPal only. Refunds for a cancelled signed will be given as a credit to future signing(s), company check, or via PayPal – cash will not be mailed/returned. Items sent to us with insufficient postage will be held up for 60 days from the date of the signing. Anyone with incorrect postage will be notified via email or text. Failure to provide postage after 60 days will be considered abandonment of item(s) and they will be discarded with no compensation or refund for the autograph, inscriptions, shipping, or value of item itself. Perry Sports Legends is not responsible for any additional postage fees or any other fees associated with a signing being cancelled or postponed.
